The Zephyr
Wentworth Watershed News  ~  Winter 2017

Welcome to the first online edition of The Zephyr!

We are delighted to have so many of you supporting us as we embark on the first year of our new organization. The Wentworth Watershed Association (WWA) will combine all the conservation projects and community activities of the Lake Wentworth Assocation and Lake Wentworth Foundation.  We appreciate the energy and momentum building for our watershed work.

OUR NEW OFFICE:  591 Center Street in Wolfeboro (next to All About Kitchens).

OUR NEW PROGRAM:

THE WOLFEBORO WATER SUMMIT

Water is the lifeblood of Wolfeboro.  Clean water is essential to our health, economy, leisure activities and natural environment.  Understanding the interplay between our lives and our water is critical to preserving the quality of life we now enjoy in our town.  The Water Summit will bring together residents, nonprofit leaders, business leaders, skilled professionals and town officials to learn from experts and to discuss the unique opportunities, challenges and threats we face together in Wolfeboro.
